In his role, Niels shoulders the responsibility of establishing "turnstile as a service" as a well-known concept in the access service market. His primary challenge lies in making 2theloo's innovative solutions a recognised and sought-after choice for diverse locations. Despite the challenges, Niels takes pride in the successful collaborations his team has secured at iconic locations across Europe, with exciting developments yet to be unveiled. On a personal note, Niels cites his father as his favorite superhero, attributing his inspiration to valuable life lessons and encouragement to make the most out of life. Interviewer: Thank you for joining us today, Niels. Let's start by learning a bit more about you. How did your journey with 2theloo begin, and what attracted you to the role of New Business Manager?

Niels Sijtsma: It's a pleasure to be here. I joined the 2theloo family on November 15, 2023. What drew me to the role of New Business Manager was the exciting opportunity to commercialize new products and services within 2theloo, particularly the innovative access solutions we're introducing to the market.

Interviewer: That sounds fascinating. Can you tell us more about your responsibilities at 2theloo and the recent developments in the company?

Niels Sijtsma: Certainly. As the New Business Manager, my main responsibility is to market our new products and services commercially. Recently, we've expanded our offerings to include access solutions, and we're now deploying these solutions beyond our regular markets. This includes major tourist attractions and places with high footfall.

Interviewer: It seems like an exciting venture. What would you say is your biggest challenge in your current role?

Niels Sijtsma: The primary challenge is establishing "turnstile as a service" as a well-known concept in the access service market. It's about making our innovative solutions a recognized and sought-after choice for various locations.

Interviewer: Moving on to your achievements, what are you most proud of in your role at 2theloo?

Niels Sijtsma: I take immense pride in the fact that our team has successfully secured some fantastic collaborations at iconic locations across Europe in a relatively short period. Unfortunately, I can't share all the details just yet, but there's more to come soon.

Niels Sijtsma: My favourite superhero is my father. He taught me valuable life lessons, encouraging me to make the most out of life and be the best version of myself. His guidance has been my source of inspiration.
