How did your journey with 2theloo begin, and what attracted you to your current position?
My journey with 2theloo began on June 21, 2020, when I started as a Shop Manager in Rotterdam Alexandrium. Arriving from Portugal, I was eager for new experiences, diverse cultures, and the opportunity to connect with people from different nationalities. These aspirations aligned perfectly with my role at 2theloo, which offered a dynamic and multicultural work environment that has enriched my professional journey.
Can you tell us more about your responsibilities within the company?
As the Senior Shop Manager for 2theloo in the Netherlands, I oversee two operational spaces. My responsibilities include strategic planning, prioritising customer satisfaction, ensuring effective communication, and fostering hospitality. I lead and manage teams, ensuring we provide high-quality service that meets the demands of our customers. Additionally, I have been involved in training and coaching roles, particularly during my time in Belgium as a Field Coach.
What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge in my current role is maintaining a consistent high level of service across multiple locations while adapting to the unique demands of each site. Balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operations and ensuring that my team remains motivated and customer-focused requires continuous effort and dedication.
Looking at your 2theloo experience so far: what are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my professional growth and the milestones I've achieved within 2theloo. A highlight was my immersion experience in Belgium in 2023, where I worked as a Field Coach across three cities. This opportunity not only broadened my knowledge and skills but also significantly contributed to my career development. Being promoted to Senior Shop Manager and successfully managing multiple locations is another proud accomplishment.
